Delete your Nomster account

You can delete your account and data at any time. The quickest way is in the app. No longer have the app? Use the form below.

Quickest

In the app

  1. Open Nomster and tap Profile (bottom right).
  2. Scroll down to App and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and we email you a confirmation.

Works the same in the iPhone app, the Android app and on the web. Paying for Nomster Pro through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel it there first, because only Apple and Google can stop those payments. Pro paid by card is cancelled for you. If you run a business on Nomster, cancel its plan first.

What happens to your data

Deleted straight away

  • Your account and profile
  • Saved places, lists and collections
  • Plans you made, and your messages and votes in friends’ plans
  • Coins, level and rewards history
  • Alerts and notification settings
  • Your reviews and photos

Kept, without your name

  • Off-Peak bookings on a business’s records
  • Checkpoint reports and simple tap counts
  • Payment records, for as long as tax law requires
  • A scrambled card check that stops repeat free trials

No longer have the app?

Send us the email on your account. To protect you, we’ll email that address to confirm before we delete anything, and we finish within 30 days.
